Barbara Sacewicz-Chabraszewska

Basia Sacewicz-Chabraszewskais a Senior HR Business Partner to VP and Director, with their respective business units in Technology, Allegro. In her work, she partners with leadership teams to re-shape the organizations through strengthening human capability, and implementing mechanisms that help organizations become more effective. She focuses on coaching and mentoring not only the leadership, but also the females in the Tech environment. She also actively contributes to strengthening the HR BP community inside and outside the company. 

Throughout her career, she has had an opportunity to gain experience and deepen her knowledge working in Poland and the USA. Basia earned her HR BP degree at Kozminski University, and her master degree at University of Gdansk.
