Ewelina Soboń

Ewelina Soboń, a graduate of Computer Science at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, has over 15 years of professional experience in a variety of positions and in various industries - she was, among others, an IT Systems Analyst, Product Owner, Software Engineer. She worked on government projects created as part of the Polish Platform for Homeland Security, co-created solutions for financial institutions, insurance companies and biotechnology industry. Currently, she is an employee of Motorola Solutions R&D Center in Krakow, where she co-creates critical communication systems.
She is active in the field of new technologies as a leader of the team working on innovation solutions related mainly to security service support. In 2022, she was honored with the Top Innovation 2021 award that recognizes innovations having the greatest impact on Motorola Solutions' mission and products.
She is a member of the Agile Leaders and belongs to the WBC core team where she works for equality and inclusion and co-creates events related to personal development.
