Małgorzata Golatowska

Economist, graduated from Main School of Economics (SGH) in Warsaw.

Started her career at 3M in Poland as a business marketer over 20 years ago. Held various managerial positions in business, corporate marketing, human resources and business transformation change management in Poland and EMEA countries.

Currently holds the role of Brand & Communication Leader in Poland and East Europe, taking care for media relations, external and internal communication. Active advocate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs, with the main focus on women advancement in STEM as well as allyship approach for various diversities incl. LGBT+. One of the champions of the 3M Women Leadership Forum and 3M Pride employee resource network.

Engaged into corporate social responsibility programs promoting skills-based employee volunteering.
