I have taken a jungle-gym approach to my career. While always in finance functions, I have moved sideways to pursue interesting opportunities and gain valuable experience. My first job was a Financial Analyst, but driven by my love of problem-solving, I moved to a Process Excellence role to gain expertise in process improvements, project management, and leadership.

Continuing to seek out new challenges, I led transitions globally before moving into an operational role leading the Accounts Payable department. Refining the operational setup and developing talent within the organization was incredibly rewarding, but it also confirmed my passion for transforming organizations.

I believe that success comes from exploring different areas and taking on new challenges to develop a unique set of competencies. It brings exceptional opportunities that may not have been possible on a pre-defined career path.
