Karolina Wilczyńska

After graduating from Cracow University of technology with a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Management degree, Karolina has spent over 10 years’ working across various fields - from financial systems support, databases management, technical customer advisory, team leadership to Cyber Security.  She joined Hitachi Vantara in 2018 as Oracle EBS IT analyst, but two years later her interest in the Cyber Security has led her to the successful application for the role of Information Security Engineer. After leading a large IT system implementation project, she progressed to Cyber Security Product Manager.

Results driven and always looking for improvements, Karolina loves to problem solve, she acts a bridge between the business and technology – making the complex technical work easy to understand for the business. 

Outside of work, Karolina is a passionate skier, she has also competed in multiple ski competitions and is a trainer instructor. A keen traveler, having been to over 32 different countries, Karoline also loves to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoys lots of cycling.
