Katarzyna Puścizna

The combination of hard competences and managerial experience in the Tech industry with psychological education gives her a solid foundation and skills to build responsible business relationships.

Katarzyna has been a manager for over 20 years. The areas she manages support building a strategy and carrying out transformations on the macro, micro and me levels. She supports CSR programs and initiatives that uses diversity as a strategic dimension of business efficiency.

She graduated from the Kozminski University and the Psychoeducation Laboratory at the SWPS University in Warsaw. She is a certified mentor and coach.

Katarzyna works with universities as a coach and mentor supporting the development of students' professional careers.
