I am the head of the UX Writing Team at the Centre for Informatics Technology (COI). I have 10 years of experience in the plain language. I started with designing the content of marketing products, then digital services: websites, mobile applications, bots. I appreciate simple solutions in digital products that combine accessibility and good design. Currently, I co-create the content of the mObywatel application and the e-Doręczenia system. My current professional world is IT. I am an example that a humanist can start working in IT. Mentoring in Polish only.
