Honorata Hencel

Honorata is the accountable Europe, UK and Israel (EUKI) IT Business Success Leader responsible for understanding business needs, shaping strategy, and ensuring delivery of programs of work to support business growth and optimization. She partners with regional business units in addition to regional and globally located IT&DA, enterprise functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.  

Honorata is an accomplished information technology leader with more than 17 years’ experience leading large-scale multinational teams working with the airline operators, avionics manufacturers and software vendors in a highly regulated aviation domain.  Honorata has been with Boeing for 8 years and was most recently serving the role of the Regional Director for Global Data Management and Tool Support.

She is also the President of the Boeing Women Inspiring Leadership Europe as well as a co-founder of the professional cluster Aviation Hub Pomerania. In 2021 she has been featured in Forbes as one of the international Strong Women in IT title holders.
