Jessica Santos

Jessica's tech career started in Brazil right after high school, working as a Telecom and Network Technician, providing network project management and monitoring services for outsourced infrastructures.

Few years down the road, was the only woman graduating in the class of Electronic Engineer with specialisation in Telecommunications.

She spent the past 6 years working as a Solutions Architect, where in the pre-sales environment have been working with customers to find the best combination between value, efficiency and top level technology.

In 2021 she reallocated to Europe to join Cisco team as a Customer Success Specialist to help drive adoption and expansion of Enterprise Networking solutions by inspiring customers to make tactical and strategic deployment decisions, tracked to long term business outcomes, through the delivery of workshop and personalised trainings.

The most recent move in her career was the transition to ThousandEyes organisation within Cisco, leveraging her technical and interpersonal skills in the role of Technical Solution Specialist, driving proofs of value to connect customer's business needs and Digital Transformation requirements with ThousandEyes platform capabilities.
