Rafael Mufato

Rafael Mufato, joined HSBC back in 2008 as IT developer (trainee) and made his way more senior positions, management and finally to Poland in 2016 together wife and two daughters. The move from technical to managerial roles was a natural career progress and today the most challenging role he ever played – “It’s all about people”. Currently acting as servant leader for the broadly Enterprise technology department that began with him and one another colleagues it's counting now with +170 colleagues, collocated all around Poland and contributing to multiple functions like: Financial Crime Risk, Anti-money laundering, Finance IT, Compliance, Costumer due diligence, Process and Innovation, etc... Proud part of a very diversity team, that only brings singular points of views and truly innovative ideas, allowing the success of the team through the entire global footprint.
