Kasia Konczalska

Kasia Konczalska is a Software Development Manager for Alexa's Edge NLU Engine team in Amazon. She leads an implementation of advanced Natural Language Understanding (NLU) functionalities performed directly on Alexa devices in a very resource constraint environment, making Alexa able to understand user's requests even offline. Apart from her daily work Kasia is also a member of Amazon Women in Engineering and Glamazon groups. Glamazon is Amazon's diversity and inclusion network for LGBT+ employees and allies. In her personal life she’s a huge video games fan and she enjoys living a simple life on the outskirts of Gdansk.
