Magdalena Walczak

I'm a Chemist with Master's in Polymer Science, obtained from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Being also CPIM/APICS certified I know how to effectively manage disruptions, demand variations, manufacturing and supply chain risk.

In my 15 years' career with 3M, I have worked in various roles related to Supply Chain, Warehouse, Six Sigma and in last 6 years officially in Project management, including process automation and data digitalization.

I never get bored and my motto is that only "CHANGE is unchanging". In my current role as Value Stream Manager and Digital Agents Lead I have a privilege to CREATE the change in our 3M Superhub :).

On top of my current responsibilities I admire working on kids self-confidence and joined mentoring program for young girls together with Inspiring Girls Foundation.
