Katarzyna Skrocka

An experienced business trainer and L&D professional, currently working on building cyber security knowledge pathways to help my colleagues start their cyber security careers.

My training experience started over 12 years ago, when I was given an opportunity to join a training team in of the telecom companies. Soon I developed from a team assistant to a full-time trainer, working for companies from telecon and financial industries. Having to manage different objectives and expectations of my trainees, I have become a reliant and fast-learning trainer which helps a lot to work effectively in demanding environment of cyber security world.

In my current role I am passionate about delivering cyber awareness sessions, where I can fully demonstrate my training skills potential, making sure my colleagues understand and follow my guidelines. At the same time, I am engaged in building learning tools for colleagues who would like to start their cyber careers. Since I joined Standard Chartered cyber team with no cyber background, I am happy to share my experience with others and help them to become more confident in cyber area.
