Anna Daszczyńska

Anna is Management Team member & HR Director at ING Hubs Poland, located in Katowice and Warsaw – one of the global hubs with more than 3 thousand employees, providing technology, data and risk services for ING units all over the world, supporting ING with digital transformation.

Anna has more than 20 years of experience in business within Finance and HR managerial and executive roles in international companies from various sectors. Last 10 years she served PepsiCo as Talent Management Director for Central Europe and earlier as HR Director for Poland. She is passionate about talent development, coaching, mentoring as well as building engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
