Natalia Gozdowska

Development expert, manager, mentor, certified coach of the Chamber of Coaching, coach of strengths - Gallup Talents (Strengths Community certification). For over 16 years, she has been supporting companies in areas related to management, team cooperation, implementation of development, training, and mentoring projects. She helps in strengthening talents, soft skills, needs analysis, goals, and resources.

She worked in the HR and Marketing departments, among others, at ITI Neovision, Aviva, Enel-Med, and Early Stage. She cooperated with the Responsible Business Forum and the Mamo Pracuj Foundation, where she implemented, among others, projects for business in the field of mentoring, career counselling, and support for women returning to the labour market. Currently, she is the Director of Business Development at Altkom Akademia, where she manages the area of managerial and social competencies as well as the area of project management.
