Jakub Olszewski

An experienced L&D professional with 16 years training experience, but I prefer to call myself Edu-Changer.  

Having started my L&D experience as a support coach in an ICT class in London, before becoming an operational training manager for 3 training centres. I have taken the opportunity to view the learning journey from every angle, starting from an adult learner and finishing as L&D Partner for Europe and Asia in financial services.

I’m passionate about personal development and I will never stop enhancing my skills and challenging others to do so too. At some point in my journey I have also managed 45 people and along that way I have developed my leadership and people management skills.  

I was born in Poland, where I have completed my initial education, and later moved to UK where I continue to develop as L&D Certified Consultant. After 15 years of experience in UK I have now returned to Poland to share my knowledge and support individuals on professional development path. Currently working in Standard Chartered Poland, on developing new learning opportunities (Cyber Knowledge Hub) for People in Cyber Security and those willing to start the Cyber Journey.
