Justyna Adamczewska

Justyna is a project management expert with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunication industry, network development and architecture. Currently responsible for Strategy & Architecture area at Orange Polska. With the company since 2009.  

She participated in defining the scope of Orange Polska's partnership of the UEFA Euro 2012 Football Championship, finally responsible for providing services and technical support for the event. Another important experience was developing and implementing Orange Polska partnership scope for the 2016 World Youth Day. Last two years she was focused on transformation projects: restructure of Orange Polska’s Network & Technology area (>3000 people) and performing TP Teltech & Orange Polska merger.

Justyna strongly supports women in taking on the challenges of working in technical areas. Breaks stereotypes and leads by example how to manage smartly and succeed.

She graduated from the Lodz University of Technology, International Faculty of Engineering in the field of Telecommunication and Computer Science.

Mountains are her greatest passion – especially off-piste skiing (freeride), trekking and mountain biking.
