Natalia joined Santander as HR Director to support growth of  the Global Corporate & Investment Banking Technology Center in Warsaw. She has over 15 years of experience within recruitment and HR from number of companies in IT and banking sector. Her focus was always on promoting diversity and inclusion and making sure female talent is recognized and has room to grow.
