Since joining P&G as a student in 2008, I had a chance to work across 10 different roles in 3 countries. Unleashing potential of Self and Others with positive attitude towards challenges is part of my leadership purpose. I always strive to achieve breakthrough results and embrace digital transformation. Teamwork and building a highly-performance team are crucial for success in any project and any role. There are many different leadership styles - I believe it’s important to develop as an authentic leader (acknowledging your strengths, weakness, and emotions, leading with the heart) AND being able to adapt and respond to changes/challenges is the key to Effective Leadership.

On the personal side my hobbies are swimming, basketball, running and travelling.
