With a career spanning more than two decades in marketing and communications, Sally has made it her mission to challenge conventional views of technology and showcase its transformative potential through powerful stories that connect on a human level. Fuelled by an insatiable curiosity and an unshakeable belief that challenges can always be transformed into opportunities, she is passionate about building up people and empowering them to discover their "why" in both their personal and professional lives.

Before assuming her current position as Ericsson's head of marketing and communications for over 100 countries in Europe and Latin America, Sally honed her skills at leading global companies such as Tektronix, Samsung, and Vodafone. Her impressive resume earned her recognition as one of the Top 100 Global Technology Marketing Leaders by HotTopics in 2022.

Her passion for making a difference extends beyond her work – Sally is a passionate supporter of volunteerism and is actively involved in projects aimed at promoting inclusivity in the workplace, sustainability, and responsible business practices. As the UK Women's Network sponsor for Ericsson and the founder of the first women's group in Fortive UK, she advocates for female leadership and strives to inspire and empower others.
