Füsun Wehrmann

Füsun Wehrmann is a customer and technology obsessed executive leader with experience in global product development, high scale multi market platforms, e-commerce solution and supply chain. She defines herself as a super generalist: 'Think big, learn by incremental change' is her motto. She engaged long years in turning organisational and product development challenges into opportunities of success; advocated for agile and lean processes and supporting diversity, mastery in technology, innovation and continuous improvement. 

Füsun worked at various enterprises with distributed teams in her career including Vodafone, Microsoft, Axel Springer, Xing and Wayfair and mentored startups for technology and product within the Google Launchpad and similar programmes. Currently she works are the CTO of the Inpost Group leading teams across engineering, product management and design. The technology organization has more than 600 members located in various European cities including Warsaw, Krakow, London, Lille, Milan and Berlin. New locations in Portugal and Spain are in planning.
