Ewelina Wachulec

Ewelina is R&D USS Site Lead & Sr. Engineering Manager at Dell Technologies. She currently builds from scratch DevOps & Software team working with the ObjectScale, modern technology designed to store an unlimited amount of data (exabyte scale & beyond). She is a Site Lead for Dell USS Group & part of the Sr. Leadership Team of the R&D Center established recently in Poland. She works with R&D leaders and focuses on creating a work environment enabling engineering teams to stay curious, innovate and cooperate to deliver new generations of software products. In the past, she delivered global programs and services building cutting-edge technologies & bringing digital transformation. She worked in the area of Industrial IoT R&D, Supply Chain, Customer Service & E-commerce software. 17 years in various roles in the technology world in Poland, Finland & Germany. She is an experienced mentor, who believes in people's potential and empowers them to grow. On a mission to attract more women to the tech world. Used to love adventures-climbed a 7134m mountain, cycled 2000 km around Iceland and became Tatra Guide. After starting a family, switched to traveling & getting to know other cultures.
