Magda Groszek

Magda, Senior Software Engineer at GS, leads the global UI team responsible for the firmwide component library built in React and Angular. Her team's work is used by thousands of applications throughout the firm, and she is responsible for creating and executing the product roadmap while maintaining high technical quality. She works day-to-day with designers and engineers to build and maintain a design system that meets the needs of a complex financial company.

Magda blends creativity, attention to detail, and technical knowledge to implement scalable front-end solutions. She has been successfully leading teams for five years and is committed to helping her reports achieve their goals. Outside of work, Magda co-heads the Warsaw Women's Network at Goldman Sachs. She participates in driving the IT for SHE strategy with other partner firms. Magda graduated from The Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in acoustics.
