Joanna Burawa

I work as a Cloud Operations Head at Akamai Technologies, and I’m responsible for managing a team of managers and engineers who maintain Cloud Compute Operations in order to achieve the highest possible availability, agility, safety, efficiency, and scalability. I’m a member of the Kraków Site Steering team. Moreover, I’m a D&I group Mentor and Leader at Akamai.

I have built my technical and professional skills over time – I’ve started as a programmer, after that I was a technical Leader, Scrum Master, Team Leader, Portfolio Manager and Technical Director. Additionally, I had a chance to work in large organizations on strategy planning, change management and transformations. During my career path development, I decided that I’d like to focus on organization management, leadership and people management.

Finally, I’m a psychotherapist and Ericson Professional Coach. I’m a graduate of the Gestalt Institute. I love to work with people, it inspires me and develops me every day.
