Marta Rączkiewicz

Marta Rączkiewicz's adventure with ASTEK Polska began five years ago. She became interested in user experience design during her studies in cognitive science. It was there that she learned the basics of UX and had the opportunity to try out theoretical knowledge in practice.  
The experience she gained in classes emboldened her to try her hand as a UX Designer in her third year as a Junior. Over the past few years, her role at ASTEK Polska has evolved: as UX Designer Mid and then UX Designer Senior, she has enriched her experience with research, workshop facilitation, UX strategy planning, team management and many other tasks. 
With ASTEK Polska, she had the opportunity to develop her skills as a UX Team Leader at the Center of Competence for Business Analysis and UX Design. As a team leader she also supported recruitment processes, including conducting technical verifications of candidates (UX specialists).
Currently working as a Competence Center Manager BA & UX. In addition to coordinating the work of the team, she ensures the continuity of the allocation of consultants and supports operational activities within the structure of the BA & UX Competence Center.
