Anna Barczak

I graduated from Warsaw University and majored in Economics. I then discovered a passion for Project Management, which I started learning and practising as a trainee in a TV production company. After attending a conference for students I decided to continue my PM journey, but in IT world and 14 years ago I have chosen to join P&G. Throughout my career I was leading teams, projects and products across supply chain and e-marketing domains globally. During multiple years of working on B2C applications, I have also achieved UX Master Certification issued by Nielsen Norman Group. Recently after returning from maternity leave I have changed a domain and since 6 months I am a Product Director for Spyglass, built in house at P&G monitoring and observability platform, one of our key products in Intelligent Operations service framework.

I am very passionate about people and their growth. For multiple years I was leading the biggest IT student event – P&G ITBC. I had a great pleasure to be a mentor in IT4SHE program two years in a row. I am also very conscious about time management, personal effectiveness and work-life balance which helps me live a life of a mom, dancer and IT professional.
