IT Recruiter/Manager/Team Leader with 7 years of experience in HR (mainly in IT talent recruitment). Currently her main area of work is managing the recruitment team, specifically: Mentoring and people development; Taking part in defining induction training for new commers; Coordinating internal technical interview and customer interview. She also has an interest in the area of managing Generation Y and Z teams.The most important aspect of her work as an IT recruitment team leader, for her, is the change of approach in managing the generations who, due to their different attitudes to work and their different needs, require a different approach to management and work organisation. 

Privately, she is a big fan of new technologies and e-sports.
