Result-driven professional, product-oriented coach and mentor with a positive attitude and a proactive approach toward challenges. His experience is characterized by the diversity of technologies, applications, and tools related to collection, processing, storage, security, and data visualization. Using Agile methodology, he provides the 3M organization with tools and solutions in order to gather information and simplify the process of business decisions, keeping high-quality data.

Bartłomiej successfully builds and leads all aspects of the IT activities in the center for Security, Infrastructure, Basis, Global Service Desk, Testing, to Lean-Agile, Digitization and Automation, Data Intelligence, and ERP solutions.

Bartłomiej is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics.
