Beata Witek

Beata Witek joined ING Hubs Poland in 2021 as Network Operation Center (NOC) engineer. In this role, Beata was responsible for monitoring the company's network and ensuring that it was running smoothly. While she enjoyed the work, she found herself getting bogged down by repetitive tasks that took up a significant amount of her time. Determined to find a solution, Beata started experimenting with automation tools and scripting languages like Python. She began automating the tasks that were taking up most of her time, which allowed her to focus on more challenging projects and improve her skills. Beata's passion for automation continued to grow. She wanted to explore it further and saw an opportunity to expand her skills by moving into a dedicated automation squad within the company.

Today, Beata works as a senior automation engineer within the automation squad at the company. She spends her days designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that help the company improve its processes and operations. She's also a mentor to junior engineers, sharing her knowledge and experience with others who are interested in automation.
