Background: Minsk State Linguistic University; 2 years of Teaching English; experienced customer service agent in the areas of Game Industry and Google marketing platform; for the last 2,5 years have been developing my IT career in 3M; current student of DSW (Master’s Degree in “IT Projects Management”).

Hobbies: sports, travelling, self-development.

Key Achievements in 3M GSC Poland: I’m taking an active part in different projects aimed at the improvement of the daily workflows (as a member of KM Team and ITSM Templates Team), professional development of the employees (as an ESD Trainer and 3Mer IT Oriented HH facilitator) and representing 3M IT Culture (Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2022, Women in Tech Camp, Inspiring Girls Polska).
