Mariane Heidingsfelder

Mariane, born and raised in El Salvador, Central America has spent the last 15 years in Europe, mainly Germany and Denmark. Her work has taken her to many different places like US, China, India and the Caribbean.

She started her career in adidas as a global supply planner.  In 2010 she moved back to El Salvador, where she worked for Unicomer -an Appliances and Furniture Retailer- holding different positions in IT focusing on ERP and POS rollout in their Caribbean stores.

2012 she re-joins adidas Technology where she spent 10 years in different roles like eCom Operations and Omnichannel helping to grow the business from 50Mn EUR to 1Bn EUR. In September 2018 she took over the role of IT Vice President Europe driving the Tech strategy and delivery of capabilities for the market.

2021 she moved to Pandora in Copenhagen Denmark as Vice President of Technology for Supply Chain Tech driving product availability and omni channel capabilities while leading the agile and product led transformation in the domain. Since July 2022 she is leading Pandora´s Business Transformation with the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.

Family is very important to her, in her free time, she enjoys playing with her 3-year-old boy. A Techie at heart she is passionate about supporting young women getting access to technical careers in her home country El Salvador. She also loves food and restaurants – she even used to run her own restaurant while in El Salvador.
