Anna Kożuchowska

Anna is a Partner in EY Polska Risk Consulting, leading the credit risk competency. She is passionate about solving complex problems and helping banks to thrive. She works with Polish and foreign banks in Europe and Middle East, delivering solutions around lending processes and credit risk management methods and tools. During almost 20 years in consulting, she led multiple transformational projects and worked with almost every bank in Poland. Anna links statistical knowledge with business and technology, competences, enabling smooth cooperation between risk, business and technology. Such link is becoming more and more important, as lending business transforms to be fully digital and omnichannel. Privately, mom of 2 fabulous daughters and wife to an amazing guy. Whenever possible, she travels and explores different cultures and regions.
