Monika Tabor

Monika Tabor is a Senior Project Manager who works at Orange Poland. She is a member of the team directly responsible for recommending directions and ensuring implementation of transformational change. For the past 11 years she has worked in project management and PMO on transformation and cross-functions programmes, streams and projects, both efficiency and digital transformation oriented ones.

As a Project Manager she was responsible for implementation of the internal chatbot from concept to delivery. The first stage was to help handle FAQs about internal processes. [special CEO award 2023]. She was awarded for leading and coordinating topics in new technologies in the Transformation Programs.

Monika is passionate about digital transformation projects/initiatives and new technologies as they provide opportunities to work cross-functionally and offer the potential to simplify processes to increase efficiency and improve customer and employee satisfaction.

Graduated from Warsaw University, Master of Law. In her spare time Monika enjoys mountain trekking.
