Katarzyna Nowrot

Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice - Faculty of Automatics, Electronics and Informatics. Currently, studying at Harvard Business School. 

She started working at ING Hubs Poland 7 years ago in the Security Incident Management team. After 2 years, she focused on developing the Business Continuity Management process and spreading awareness of cyber threats across the organisation in the local CERT (Cyber Emergency Response Team). 

For the past 3 years, she has been a leader of expert teams for Non-Financial Risk Management at local and global level at ING. She is responsible for business development - building and expanding global services. In her work with the team, she focuses on identifying the talents and aptitude of professionals to build aligned, effective teams. 

Art is an integral part of Kasia's life. In her spare time, she enjoys creating her own paintings, but also visiting museums and art galleries. She takes great pleasure in all forms of activity, and you will very often meet her at the gym.
