Malwina Angerman-Kowalska

Malwina Angerman-Kowalska is an Enterprise Content Management Lead in Haleon.

She is an archivist with the lean management background. She has Six Sigma Green Belt certification and more than 10 years experience in archiving, information and content management in different companies from the finance, energy and pharmaceutical industry.

Malwina was responsible for the implementation of applications to manage archives for Poland branches in BNP Paribas Bank Polska and merger of archives of BNP Paribas Bank Polska and BGŻ bank.

She joined to Haleon in 2021 to take part of separating from GlaxoSmithKline and implement the global archiving solution for business critical records. She is responsible for implementation and improvement of archiving support processes for business units.

Malwina is enthusiast of CliftonStrenghts® Talent Themes. Strongly believes that knowledge about the use of one's strengths improves the efficiency of work and communication in the team and with other teams. She is a co-author of first book about CliftonStrengths® with an official Gallup® licence in Poland.
