Aleksandra Ochwat

Engineer, wife, mom, pilot... Aerospace has always been her path. Aleksandra graduated from Warsaw University of Technology with master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and started to work in aviation industry in 2013. Two years later, she joined the GE Aerospace Edison Engineer Development Program (EEDP) dedicated to young engineers. It let her develop leadership and presentation skills, practice creative thinking and teamwork while solving technical problems related to engine design. Throughout her engineering career she gained experience in Design of High Pressure Turbines, Services and Costs and Product Support Engineering (PSE). Aleksandra developed her expertise in PSE for GE90/GP engines, and then moved to the LEAP engine fleet, where she now is part of a team that supports Customers 24/7. In 2019, she took on a new role besides her engineering career, leading the GE Women's Network initiative in Warsaw.
