Izabela Sosnicka-Lipa

Izabela Sosnicka-Lipa is leading the Security, Testing and Validation Global Chapter at Roche, on top of the Informatics Site Head in Malaysia. She is responsible for continuously evolving future-proof capabilities required to enable DevSecOps, product security, and modern software quality assurance & automation.

She joined Roche in 2017, bringing over 15 years of experience in IT and management she gained in Poland and the EMEA region in companies such as Microsoft, City International, Polkomtel and Orange. Iza holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and postgraduate degrees in Project Management, Leadership Psychology, and Business Informatics.

Throughout her career, she has focused on building strong technology teams to grow successful companies and products and ensure business partners are excited to cooperate. Iza believes that extraordinary things happen when people stop limiting themselves to simply achieving and just keep moving towards their goals & dreams. This concept is fundamental to Iza’s philosophy and drives her in her day-to-day life.

On a private note she enjoys scuba diving, squash, traveling & exploring the world, independent movies and technology innovations.
