With in-depth knowledge of Cisco products and technologies, able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Enjoys sharing knowledge with students, colleagues, customers and partners. Committed to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and always seek new ways to improve skills and expertise.
