Iwona Kozera

Iwona Kozera has been providing business consulting services for the financial and public sectors in Central and Southern Europe for over 20 years. She actively participated in the transformation of the Polish financial sector and provided advice to major Polish and global financial institutions. Her professional experience includes advisory in the field of, among others, asset management, regulations, mergers and acquisitions. She worked for the biggest Polish and global financial institutions.

A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, she completed management programmes at Harvard Business School and Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Iwona successfully combines professional life with commitment to social activities, especially those aiming to promote women in business. She is the Founder of the Women Leadership in Business Foundation gathering women who have achieved professional success and today can contribute their wide and diverse business experiences to the shared idea of promoting women’s entrepreneurship, developing their talents and supporting their aspirations and professional independence.
