Małgorzata Kasperska

Has over 15 years of professional experience in IT business, including CEO roles. Currently she is holding the position of Vice President of Secure Power Division at Schneider Electric and is responsible for the whole Middle Eastern Europe cluster. 

She has a strong background in the electrical industry, being a graduate of Gdansk University of Technology as a Master of Science (M.S.) in Faculty of Electronics. She has also gained additional business knowledge in the field of General Management in Sweden. 

Małgorzata has outstanding experience in sales, as she has lead large, international teams responsible for driving business opportunities in the areas of data centers and uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems. 

She supports young, female talents in building their careers within technological companies, by mentoring, leading by examples and empowering. She is focused on promoting diversity and inclusion on every level of the organization, as she strongly believes that this is not just a step towards gender equality, but also the means to assure optimal business growth.
