Barbara is a Test Automation Lead and Test Manager with 9 years of professional experience. Certified Scrum Master, Agile PM, Requirements Engineering and Test Manager. Processes and Ways of Working optimization enthusiast, managing teams responsible for scope of IT development for browser and mobile projects.

For the first half of the career mainly focused on Software testing, second one on engineering, management and people upskilling processes.

In HSBC responsible for teams leading, project coordination, and implementing good engineering and quality practices across the Value Streams.

Member of Quality Community Poland, community gathering quality and engineering professionals. One of her goals is to spread knowledge about quality topics via a Quality Community meet-ups, workshops and mentoring groups.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience. I like working with people, motivating, and energizing. I love my job and challenges I try to bring all my energy into everything I do. Outside of work, I am sport addict, I do yoga, gym, and trekking.
