Joanna Janek-Grodecka

After graduating with a master's degree from the AGH University of Science and Technology, Joanna held a variety of IT positions during her 15-year tenure at Philip Morris International (PMI). She is currently responsible for running the management of an application portfolio comprised of 90+ services.

Data and solution driven, Joanna is always on the hunt for improvements and strategies to deliver the best customer value and actively contribute to the company’s smoke-free transformation.

She is a seasoned people manager, experienced in building effective teams through collaboration, innovation and trust.

Dedicated to growing others, helping them to build confidence and reach their full potential, Joanna hopes that her background as woman in tech and passion for all things digital will generate valuable conversations during her mentoring sessions at the 2023 Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit.
