Magdalena Marynowska

Magdalena Marynowska is a Senior User Experience Architect at Philip Morris International (PMI). Previously, she held various roles in the IT and Human Resources departments of the company, gaining valuable experience in the areas of budgeting, planning, procurement, project management and transformation coordination.

This range of skills acquired over a 15+ year-career at PMI led Magda to pursue a role in UX, precisely in the manufacturing domain, where she works hand in hand with product managers, user interface designer and software engineers. Her primary focus is to understand the factory workers’ needs and challenges through UX research, prior to designing complex apps for specialized roles in production floors.

Willing to share her passion for UX and inspire other women to pursue a career in tech, Magda looks forward to hosting the Philip Morris "Designing apps users want and love" workshop during the 2023 Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit.
