Marta Maciszewska

Marta Maciszewska is Talent Development professional with 10 years of experience mostly working in global tech companies. She started her career as an intern at the Polish Consulate General in Shanghai as part of gaining a diploma in Asian Studies. Marta has a strong background as a Project Manager in the localization field, working with major IT companies in the US through Lionbridge Poland. From there, she advanced to the role of Global Community Manager, where she developed a keen eye for sourcing and selecting top suppliers and talents for the organization. She gained a strong ability as well to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders around the globe.

Her expertise in talent management and project management led Marta to her current position at Ørsted, where she supports business growth in Region Europe & Region Americas by driving talent management processes. In this role, Marta is developing, and leading initiatives related to EDI, leadership, and talent progression.
