Bartosz Jackiewicz

Bartosz Jackiewicz is heading Automation Competency Center in Poland. He is responsible for hiring, people development, process automation and test automation competency strategies.

He joined Ørsted in 2022 bringing years of experience in the project management, agile at scale, and most recently product management and people leadership.

 Years ago, he felt in love with Scandinavian work culture (previously heading Automation CoE & Architecture for several years at Nordea Bank). He now enjoys building creative and inclusive environment for high-performing teams which relay on trust.

 Bartosz holds a Master of Global Production Engineering & Management from the Warsaw University of Technology and he is constantly looking for ways to bring value, empower others, and/ or facilitate for increased transparency and clarity.
