Malgorzata leads State Street Emergency Action Lab Poland (SEALs), with responsibility for optimization initiatives & tactical automations delivery within key Global Delivery functions in Poland HUB.In her previous role, for 3 years she served as Transformation Director for Client Service & EMEA Client Reporting Operations. She was responsible for Transformation RoadMap Design, Delivery of Subset of Optimization Programs. She also oversaw VBA, Python, automations delivery, PowerBi, Tableau data visualization and data analysis works.Before directing into Technology, for 7 years, Malgorzata lead a number of Business Operations, including Client Expense, Audit, KIID, Bespoke Reporting, Payment Processing as well as UK accounting and EMEA treasur. Initial 10 years of career, she hoed different positions within P2P, O2C, R2R areas, working within shared service model, for different production companies.Malgorzata holds a master’s degree in corporate finance from University of Economics in Krakow and certificates in:  International Investment Fund Services; Accountancy, Internal Audit, Software Development (in progress). Happily married, mother of 2 teenage daughters.
