Aleksandra Rybak

Ola is the Information Security Officer at State Street. As part of Global Cyber Security department, she is responsible for overseeing information security, cybersecurity and IT risk posture and risk management programs.Previously Ola worked for Cisco, and as the Cybersecurity Sales Manager she assisted organizations in improving their cybersecurity strategies and postures by leveraging the right combination of innovative technology and processes ensuring successful and secure digital transformation of their businesses. She was a guest speaker at many industry conferences and events, presenting latest cybersecurity innovations such as SASE, Zero Trust and XDR approach. Prior to sales, she held other engineering positions at Cisco developing skills like programming, automation and enterprise networking. At Cisco, Ola has also been the leader of many additional company initiatives, including Cybersecurity Academy “Cisco SecUniversity”.Ola earned her Bachelor’s degree in Teleinformatics from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. In her free time, she enjoys road cycling and mountain biking, yoga, and the great outdoors. She’s also a rabid Formula 1 fan.
