Ewa Krupa

Hi, my name is Ewa. 
I am currently a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Bayer. I have spent 10 years in IT in various roles including: business analysis, data analysis and process analysis. During my career I was also an agile scrum master and a lean coach. I have cooperated with both the non-technical business side and the very technical developer side (and even did some very low-level dev work myself). I love working with people in a friendly, open atmosphere. I love creating things and finding (and fixing) issues. Process improvement is one of my favorite topics.   
I work for big corporations for more than 10 years now, but I started off with my own production business, and then I shifted my career to IT. I successfully juggle motherhood, caring for a lot of pets and a position in IT. For the last 10 years I have been working in diverse teams, with members all over the globe and I love the diversity.
