Tomasz Duda

Tomasz joined 3M company in 2005 and assumed the position of Technical Manager in 3M Wroclaw. His primary goal was to build Research and Development team in 3M Poland. In 2010 Tomasz was relocated by 3M to the United States where he spent 2.5 years. At 3M headquarters in St. Paul he worked as a Manager at the Corporate Research and Development Center on various managerial position in Corporate Research Process Lab, Abrasive System Division and Industrial Adhesive and Tape Division. Once he return back to Poland he took over position as Country Technical Leader for Poland and Ukraine. In 2019 Tomasz become the part of European Technical Operating Committee and become a head of Project Management & Agile Office in Europe, Middle East & Africa. Since March 2020 Tomasz is Application Engineering Director for Industrial Adhesive and Tape Division in Europe, Middle East & Africa. His primary role is to build full alignment between global division strategy and area focus and execution of technical team. Tomasz has 18 years of global experience in R&D and innovation in 3M.
