Ewa Bachurska

Responsible for managing Research & Development operations (new products development, product modifications, technology transfers from other countries) in EMEA within Industrial Adhesives &Tapes Division in 3M. Throughout 17-year career at 3M Ewa worked in various positions and responsibilities always within the Research & Development organization. Within her role Ewa is leading multinational team cooperating with various functions. Ewa joined to 3M in 2006 as a part of internship program. Initially, she worked as a product engineer, learning from scratch the characteristics of work in various divisions. In the following years, she began to develop in leadership roles.

She is also involved in the different 3M activities related to the Women’s in tech company and tech related professions such as Women Leadership Forum and STEM Advocacy.
